As a 4th year doctoral student in psychology specializing in neuroscience, wellbeing, and creative regulation, I’ve designed this series to give you the kind of insight and support people typically receive in coaching or therapeutic settings; but in a format that feels lighter, more accessible, and far more sustainable.

- What platform will I be able to view the event?You will join the event through a private link on YouTube.
- How is this any different than if you were to do these card tutorials on YouTube?The environment of a live or live replay event is slowed down a bit to allow time for questions and guidance. With access to our private Facebook Group, you can also reach out to all of us for more instruction or to share projects.
- What supplies do I need?You will have access to a list of basic supplies for each session. I'd like to encourage you to look through your own stash for similar products to use instead of purchasing exactly what I'm using. You do not need to have only what I'm using in order to have a great experience.
